Need a recipe to cook while going camping (Use your gas braai)


 EASY TO COOK - DELICIOUS LEG OF LAMB.

Cook this on your gas braai, while camping!

  • 1.5-2kg leg of lamb
  • 200ml buttermilk
  • 2 portions of Worldly Rub
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Peper

Combine buttermilk and World Rub to form a marinade for the lamb. For the best result, marinate overnight. Otherwise, marinade the meat for at least ¾ hours.

Brush the kettle grill with oil. Cook the lamb over medium coals for 30-40 minutes depending on your preference. Remove and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
